Professional Security counts on success with first CFO appointment

Fast growing security provider, Professional Security, has appointed Andy Jeavons to the new role of Chief Finance Officer (CFO).

Jeavons joins from international business process outsourcing and professional services company, Capita, where he was FD of the Defence, Fire and Security business unit.  Prior to that he also worked for Deloitte specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions and was Finance Director at East Midlands Airport. 

Andy Jeavons said of his appointment: “I am delighted to be joining Professional Security at this juncture in its growth journey.  The directors have a clear and ambitious strategy for the business, and I look forward to helping them create a solid financial structure on which they can build and continue to grow at pace.”

The CFO role is the latest in a string of senior appointments for Professional Security, which is on track to record its most successful and transformational year in its 17 year history. Other key appointments this year include COO Jason Thorndycraft, Sales &Marketing Director Alex Minett, Process and Transformation Director Demelza Staples, Head of Operations Midlands & North West Carl Uttley, Head of Operations South Darryn Valerio and Head of Operations North Ben Levick.
