At TPSO we are happy to test products and services before publishing a review.
The process is simple. Email us details so that we can make sure that its something that is both suitable and that we are able to use and review. Once agreed we will arrange delivery. We would ask you to meet delivery a return fees if required.
How does the review system work?
Once we’ve tested the product or service we will usually produce a short video and text piece, combined with your logo, images and your contact details. You would be provided with a preview for comments/feedback before publication.
In the event of a positive review we would post that without further ado. In the event that we have concerns we would raise these with you before publishing the review. For example this would give you the opportunity to have a piece of equipment returned to you for testing in the event that we tell you it’s not working as expected. Faulty units happen and obviously its important that suppliers be given the opportunity to rectify this.
In any event, a good returns policy is reassuring to most people, especially when ordering online.
